Refund Policy
**Refunds**
For most items, in the unlikely event that your product is defective, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the order. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
**Returns (if applicable)**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period.
**Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)**
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

**Exchanges (if applicable)**
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us using our contact form.
**Shipping Costs**
We will notify you via email where to send your item for return.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item worth more than 110 AUD, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
